PC DVR System

PC DVRA DVR card is a digital video recording device specially designed to enable a PC to accept audio-visual feeds from security cameras through BNC connections. The DVR card graphic on the left is a 4-channel card which when inserted into the expansion slot of a PC will recieve video feeds from 4 non-IP surveillance cameras over coaxial cabling, thus turning the PC into a video recorder. The PC may then be connected to a LAN, WAN or Internet via RJ-45 and CAT5/6 cabling or wireless means. Then you can have access to as well as view, search and control live and stored video from all connected cameras from anywhere in the world!. Motion detection, alarm management and configuration for FTP, HTTP, PPPoE as well as hard disk recording are some of the features. Usually a DVR driver software accompanies a DVR Card.

Because cameras are connected directly to the PC no bandwidth consumption results until someone logs into view the cameras over the network. This is one advantage over IP cameras which are bandwidth intensive.

Up to 32 cameras can be used with a PC DVR system. This is ideal for most business office environments.

Stand-Alone DVR System (LAN/WAN/web optional)

DVR SystemStand-alone DVRs are speciallised digital video recording equipment which accept video feeds from surveillance cameras(usually non-IP) over BNC connections. DVRs perform multiplexing functions such as hard disk recording, search and play back, motion detection, alarm management, archiving and pan-tilt-control of cameras simultaneously.

With LAN/WAN options, a DVR combines the simplicity of VCR functionality with the sophistication of TCP/IP networking, thus converting your system into one which could be accessed and controlled both from your local area network system and remotely over the internet through most internet browsers.

This is more than a replacement for the traditional VCR time-lapse video recorders as there are no video video cassettes to change. Also your network will be protected from the consequences of high bandwidth demand of video streaming which results from running only network cameras over your existing network

DVR Software

SoftwareA DVR software is used to manage a network of cameras and other security devices on a computer system.

Local and remote configuration, viewing, pan-tilt-zoom control, recoding, archiving, events and alarm management, etc, are all made possible by DVR software via a web browser or some licensed application software.

All Network Camera systems come with in-built software to manage them. Third-party softwares are also available for enhanced systems management such as camera touring, scanning, audio-visual alerts, tamper-proof recording, date/time stamping and multi-up displays of cameras and other devices like intrusion detection, audio and lighting units.

Monitors & Display Units

Display UnitDisplay UnitsMOnitors and Display Units are the visual output devices from a surveillance system. They come as CRT monitors, TFT , LCD as well as Video Walls,Projector units and View Stations which may be any combination of several display unit.

The choice is yours; our duty is to provide according to your needs and budget.
